Elyvin Niyonzima
My journey into fitness began when I was 17, discovering weightlifting in my high school gym. Inspired by action heroes, I set out to match their strength and physique. Little did I know, that was the beginning of a lifelong passion for fitness and movement.
Today, I’m a qualified Personal Trainer with a National Certificate in Fitness from ETA, which has given me a strong foundation in fitness training and education. Over the years, I’ve expanded my expertise, becoming a Certified Heat Instructor and Certified Grid Instructor with Virgin Active, specializing in high-intensity training, strength, endurance, and functional fitness. Additionally, I’m First Aid Certified, so I’m always prepared to ensure a safe training environment.
I take a balanced approach to health because I believe true well-being goes beyond just exercise. It’s about movement, strength, mobility, nutrition, and sustainable lifestyle habits. My programs focus on helping you build lasting fitness, whether you’re looking to get stronger, improve your movement, or simply stay active for life.
I’m passionate about creating a fitness experience that works for you—one that fits your life, your goals, and your body’s needs. Whether you’re new to fitness or a seasoned athlete, I meet you where you are and guide you to where you want to be.
When I’m not in the gym, you’ll find me outdoors—running, exploring hiking trails, practicing yoga, or capturing moments through photography. For me, movement is life, and I can’t wait to share that passion with you.
